As a part of Asia Week New York 2024, Hiroshi Yanagi Oriental Art is pleased to present Selection of Japanese and Korean Art, an exhibition of masterpieces of paintings, sculptures, ceramics, and other artworks, ranging from 12th century to 20th centuries. Highlights include a statue of Jizo, a scroll painting by Ito Jakuchu and folding screens with a painting of entertainment at the children’s seasonal festival. Other important works comprise blue and white Korean celadon vase with birds design and Noh mask (Kurohige).
